processOutputResult runs on stream(), and the raw text already reached the reader
A Mastra output processor that implements only processOutputResult does run on agent.stream(), but it runs after every chunk has been delivered. The redaction lands on result.text and never reaches the reader. Measured on @mastra/core 1.72.0 with no API key.
